Service Delivery

Northline Athletic sells in-person training access. We do not ship physical goods, and we do not charge shipping.

The service is delivered at 418 Harbor Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, United States, United States, during these hours: Monday–Friday 5:30 a.m.–9:00 p.m., Saturday–Sunday 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Access starts when the card payment succeeds. A day pass is valid for one visit day, arranged with the desk. A renewing membership is valid from the successful charge until the end of that billing period, and then for each renewal period that is paid.

Bring the name and email used at checkout on your first visit so the desk can match the payment. If a charge succeeds and the desk cannot find it, email the receipt to the desk and we will open access the same day during desk hours.
